Scope of work:

• Pressure wash
• Fixed and improved the internal gutter system
• Applied high-solids coating inside the gutter system
• Acrylic base coat and intermediate coat applied to the roof at 20 mil DFT
• Tinted top coat applied to provide a glossy finish
• 10-year, renewable warranty granted

Highlights include:

• Remove existing TPO, underlying iso-board, and flute fill
• Leave existing metal roof
• Install an average of 1.5" of spray foam
• Install 15 mils of basecoat of coating
• Install 10 mils of topcoat of coating
• Embed granules into topcoat
• Install 10-mil-thickness of silicone around vertical metal wall panels on all sides of building
• Final walkthrough and issuance of 15-year Full System, NPR, NDL, Renewable warranty.

Vertical walls received a 5 year warranty.
