University Studios – Spray Foam Roof Restoration in Cleveland, OH

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, University Studios is a multi-roof apartment building that was experiencing leaks and energy inefficiencies. West Roofing Systems restored 12,000 sq ft across three separate roofs using spray polyurethane foam.

The Challenge

Multiple roof sections with different conditions, active leaks, and residents living in the building below — requiring a solution that was fast, minimally disruptive, and long-lasting.

The Solution

Spray foam was applied across all three roof sections, creating a seamless monolithic surface on each. The foam added insulation and eliminated all seams. A silicone coating was applied for waterproofing and UV protection.

Results

All three roofs received a new manufacturer's warranty. Leaks were eliminated, energy efficiency improved, and residents experienced minimal disruption during the restoration process.
