Introduction

Landmark Recovery in Tennessee needed a durable, high-performance roof system to replace their failing membrane. West Roofing Systems applied a combination of spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and silicone coatings to deliver a seamless, watertight roof backed by a long-term warranty.

Removed and prepared the existing roof substrate Applied spray foam to build up a uniform, solid base Over the foam, installed a silicone coating system (base + topcoat) Embedded protective granules into the topcoat for added UV resistance and durability Ensured transitions and penetrations were sealed and waterproofed
