The Challenge

Twenty roofs with zero slope caused persistent ponding water and leaks. At 25 years old, the existing roofing system was at end of life. A solution was needed that could address drainage while avoiding full tear-off across the entire complex.

The Solution

Spray polyurethane foam was applied to all 20 roofs, building slope into the system to direct water toward drains and eliminate ponding. The seamless foam surface was then topped with a silicone coating for long-term waterproofing and UV resistance.

Results

All 20 roofs received a 20-year manufacturer's warranty. Ponding was eliminated, leaks stopped, and the HOA avoided the enormous cost of tearing off and replacing 20 roofs.
