Deck Replacement - Following a thorough inspection of the existing roof deck, it may be determined that deck replacement is required. West Roofing Systems has extensive experience with wood, metal and concrete decks. Our in-house staff performs all work, ensuring timely project completion with no delays due to subcontracting issues.

Recycling - West Roofing Systems recovers EPDM roof tear-offs for recycling, keeping this construction waste out of our rapidly filling landfills. Working with West Development Group (WDG), the recycled EPDM is collected and transported to WDG's cryogenic mill where it is pulverized into powder, classified, and packaged for a variety of new roofing applications - a true roof-to-roof (R2R™) process. Granular EPDM rubber compounds replace virgin EPDM and other fillers, reducing the amount of energy and raw materials used in the manufacturing of new roofing systems. Using recycled materials helps building owners qualify for LEED certification.
