Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Installation - Building owners will get what we believe is the best roofing system in the world. From standard applications to unique situations, West Roofing Systems can design a solution for any project to meet customer needs. SPF is seamless and watertight, and is the best insulating material available. Because it is fluid-applied, as it solidifies and expands, it is monolithic and self-flashing, easily adapting to nearly any shape. The SPF products we use, which are part of the System 14^™ roofing system designed and manufactured by West Development Group (WDG), is the most advanced roofing technology on the market today. The roofs we install provide building owners with a high quality and sustainable roof, reduced energy consumption, lower operating costs, and contribute to a building's increased lifespan.

Auto-Slope Robotic Technology - Provides a perfectly tapered roof system, over any distance, and is manufactured on-site. Ensures positive drainage on flat roofs, eliminating ponding water, and extending the service life of the roof. West Roofing's Auto-Slope robotic technology, combined with factory training and operator certification, provides cost-effective, quality results.

SPF Roof Renewal/Recoat - The SPF roof is the only truly sustainable roof system available. The recoat process is a simple solution to renewing the SPF roof system and extending the initial warranty by an additional 10, 15, or even 20 years. Renewing the SPF roof delivers a very low life cycle cost, and will literally ensure that the SPF roof system will be the last ever installed on the building.

Scarification / Foam Roof Renovation - Old spray foam roofs that haven't been maintained don't have to be removed and dumped in landfills. Scarifying exposes sound SPF to be used as a base for a new layer of SPF and silicone coatings, restoring the roof to a warrantable condition with long-term sustainability. All of this without the cost of a complete roof removal.

Cool Roofs - These light-colored roofs reduce the "Urban Heat Island Effect" and reduce the loading experienced by a building's cooling system by reducing the surface temperature of the roof up to 40% when compared with dark-color roof systems. Many municipalities offer tax incentives and/or grants for installing a cool roof. These roof systems contribute to a building's LEED certification as well.

Vegetative Roofs - Are literally "Green Roofs," with plenty of aesthetically pleasing rooftop vegetation. These roofs provide protection to the underlying waterproofing system and add insulation against exterior heat, cold, and sound.

Metal Roof Restoration - These direct-to-metal (DTM) applications entail installing a fluid-applied roof restoration system on an existing metal roof, eliminating leaks and extending the service life of the roof. This is a cost-effective roofing solution.

Walkway Systems - Delineate walkway paths and work areas surrounding rooftop mechanical systems. Walkways protect the roof investment in heavy traffic areas and provide a measure of safety by directing foot traffic in safe areas.
